I Phoned 3 times to the Cell C call Centre and still no answer from them. This contracts are new and I am getting billed for stuff that I am not aware off and Cell C cant tell me for what this Premuim SMS bills are.
Cell C can only tell me it is for internet etc???
How can you deduct money from a Client and dont know what you are deducting for?
Your service are Pathetic and if you cant resolve this problem I will take both phones back to the store and cancel my debit order today! Is this the way you do Business?
I want a full detail report on these charges!
