In June last year i phoned Cell c in June 2012 and cancelled 2 contracts, 3 numbers. Cell c asked me to fax letter to them and sent me settling amounts. I paid all 3 amounts acording to the sms's that they have sent to me. Cell c stoped my debit order and sent me notice that they have cancelled my contracts and received the payments. Now in March 2013 i am getting sms's with legal threats to make payment or will be handed to lawyers and will be backlisted, this after phoning them from february telling them to stop trying to deduct from my account, and that i have cancelled. I phoned the call centre more that 3 times nobody can help me, what must i do! They told me 1 of my contracts was cancelled and on the letter that i faxed all 3 numbers was mentioned to be cancelled. Please can someone help me, i am so stressed and feel frustrated, the call centres cannot help me with this problem, one lady said that she will call the cancellation department and give an afficavid that i did cancel, but nothing came from this. PLEASE HELP, i will keep Cell C responsible for my medical bills because of this i am stressed and ill.
