Vodacom
Phone problem (blackberry)

Hi my name is Ayoob Palm

I took my phone (blackberry 8250) to Vodacom in cresta on Saterday the 30th November 2013. The phone gave error messages everytime I switched it on and kept on rebooting. I spoke to Vincent who is the store manager and told him the problem. He took the phone to see and than told me that is was water damaged. The more told him that it was not so and that it was a software probplem the more he insist that it was water. He showed me 2 red dots in the phone and said that it was proof of water damaged, I told him that I got the phone from the head office as a replacement for my old phone. I asked him just to send it in for a software up grade but told me that I will have to pay R57 and the phone will still not be fixed and my phone is still under warrenty. He had an attitude and told me that I can do just what I want to even if its to report them.

I took my phone to a cell phone repair shop in JHB on Monday It took them less than 1Hour to fix it and I paid R170.00.

They wasted my time and money I spent R250.00 for the 2 days just to get my phone fixed.
Can you please advice me what to do in this matter, because the phone is still under warrenty.
