Still no Service

I upgraded my contract about 6 months ago with Nevesh at Cell C Store in Sandton City from a black berry to a Galaxy S3, I have clearly stated to ensure that my BIS is cancelled as i now own a Galaxy S3 i have just noticed that i am been billed for it so i called the call centre spoke to a very nice lady that told me in not so many words go back to the Store they can only assist, she who is from Head office and that is debiting my account can not get involved. OK Something i didn't know... called the store Spoke to a gentleman by the name of Raees who tried his utmost to help me however his manager NERAN just refused to chat to me... I COULD HERE THE IN THE BACKGROUND SAY THAT HE IS NOT THERE. (Thats what cell c hires incompetent staff that needs a Client service course with all the charges that they wrongfully bill their client for). Please can this be rectified ASAP, Failure to do so will result in my debit order been reversed until this is rectified. LETS SEE CELL C HIDE BEHIND THEIR FALSE SERVICE or their TERMS AND CONDITION WHICH MEAN WITH THE CPA
