Since upgrade 23 July 2013

On the 23 July 2013 I've upgrade to a Q5 BB since then the phone was not working properly. Signal loss. -- call the callcntr millions of times with no luck. Took the phone in for repairs 3 times now. Got it back this afternoon still problem with signal and does not charge. Sos calls only!!! Device imei number 356968050908472. Sim swap 89780000000015332043 23July 1fist 2 swaps 8933000000006899475 later no Luck!! Booked in 23 Aug back on 30 Aug!! 3 Sept the replace second hand device imei 35696051746863 battery not chargings!! Got device back today! Same problem not charging with sim problem again,!! On the 18 Aug someone by the name of Mr Snyder 0822414903 was supose to phone back?? Please all I need is a new phone for signing up 24months contrac pay for sevice and can't use the device!!!
