I did an upgrade for my phone and i was told the my minutes will be transfered to new months and vodacom did not do it and when i called lady adv i can not be done and i called upgrade department to lodge a complain as i was misled and i spoke to kenneth lisibi and he told me that his supervisor angelina nkosi will listen to all my calls and get back to me i have been calling angelina she does not come to the phone as she is busy and im told she will call me back and she never calls back, vodacom serioive is bad really bad i dont know how can they treat clnt like this
