The worst reception ever for past 7 months... when there is an emergency you can't call a ambulance for help. A sms takes a week to come through to the other person, the calls keeps on dropping. And I can go on and on.
Allot of phone calls was made to the Vodacom customer care services and a complaint was given that the reception in Secunda is bad. For the past 6 months we call Vodacom and complaining about the same service.

VODACOM just DONT CARE! If Vodacom truly wanted to offer a good service they will do something about it.
