I have been living in Bromhof for over a year. In that year I have repeated and persistent dropped calls on my cell phone. I work from home and I make and receive a lot of business calls throughout the day. When I am on the phone, the signal is generally so bad that I cannot hear the person on the other end, or the call just drops. Some calls don't even come through. They go straight to voice mail. I have been trying to contact a manager at Vocaom for a year to help me with this problem. The best solution I have been given from the agents at the call centre is to switch my phone over to 2G when making calls. This doesn't help when I receive calls and my phone is on 3G, nor is this an adequate solution. No one seems able to help me. And yet I receive calls weekly from this service provider asking for more and more money. Why am I paying my monthly bill if I am not receiving the service I have been promised? I've been told that a new tower will only go up in this area in two years time. This is unacceptable service and I am sick of this company.
