Very Rude Service Person

Yesterday (20 June 2013), we went to the Vodacom shop with a problem that we have with our Blackberry`s. Everybody told us that Vodacom knows how to fix this problem. When we got there both the consultants were busy so we sat and wait. When the one customer left the Indian lady called another customer. I told her that we were first and apparently I should n`t have done that because the consultant rolled her eyes and called us to her counter. We sat down and she just stared at us, not saying a word. When I asked her ''would you please help us? '' she mumbled something. I explained our problem and even before I was finished she told me: '' It is the first time that I heard of this.'' I tried to go on with the explanation and for a second time she interrupted me and said ''Ive never heard of this so I wont be able to help you''. That`s it! She folded her arms and stared at us again. I just got up and left. Whats the use of trying if you are already told you wont be helped?
Ive been a Vodacom supporter for many years and I ALWAYS received the very best service. Two of my friends told me that this Indian lady was just as rude to them as well. I am really not happy with her service.
