Billed twice for BIS

Vodacom forget to logged me of the contract and transfer me to prepaid, as a result I phoned to notify them. The lady I spoke to said I must phone the contract department, I asked her to use my contract to load BIS for me which she did. When I phoned contract department they I have to switch my phone off for 24 hours and they put me onto prepaid, when I phoned Vodacom to find out why my bbm messages are going through, they said because my contract was over I have to buy BIS on prepaid, so I must pay twice for BIS
