I went to your Mr Price Home at Jabulani Mall on the 9 March 2013, I took the items I needed and headed to the cashiers, there was only one working and the was no queue as I was the second person t be helped.
As I stood in the queue the lady that was paying had a problem with her card and I ended up waiting there for more than 20minutes, I asked this cashier if they can't open any other till she just looked at me.
Then I asked her who is the supervisor she also just stared at me as is she was mute, now I know she is not. Eventually as I started to tell them that this is uncalled for they asked some lady to open a till.
The lady that helped me Glenrose Mathiv Sigubudu called me took the items that I bought, I asked her don't you greet your customers she just stared at me, I asked her who is the Manager or Supervisor she just stared at me, I need to know is this what you teach your staff to be rude to customers when they need help.
When I checked my slip I saw that the Manger is Lucas Mojahi, the guy that checked my slip I asked him if Lucas was there he said no I asked him who he was he said he is the Assistance Manager Elliot, now I told him what had happened and he s
