I notice an amount of R315.00 went of my account on 28/09/13, I went to the bank on 29 to enquire and I was told its Vodacom, I went to Vodacom West street in Durban CBD, the Indian lady was useless and I call the national customer care and I spoke to a consultant and I explain to him that I did not token such contract and he told me he cancel it, then I got an invoice of R944.00 and went to Vodacom Pinetown and an Indian manager told me to writes an affidavit and a copy of ID to be faxed to Cape Town for their department investigation, I went to Vodacom Hillcrest with my document and an Indian guy told me they don't deal with such complain they sell phones and he does not know such department in Cape Town and advice me to go to Vodacom Gateway in Umhlanga, as I wrote this a further amount of 3xR315.00 deducted by Vodacom and the bank bill me a further 3xR90.00. Now I don't know what to do any more I writes this with tears in my eyes.
