This is my second complaint since a few months ago and all that happened, i get an e.mail to say my complaint will be taken care oh also a call once or twice with the same message, yet nobody can tell me when my repaired phone will be done of which is almost a year with the problem being on cell"s side blocking my phone with false information. All this started in the second year of my contract, I give up cell c, bad service with consultants who in my opinion have no idea whats going on and believe me, i have spoken to hundreds of them and still without a phone
