I just Bought my Blackberry then 3 months later my full R235 airtime disappeared i then called in to ask them where it has gone the then told me that it was used on the internet. I then said but internet services are free from a Blackberry if you have your BIS and they said well it is gone. The next month everything was fine and months thereafter until 2 Months ago. every month i receive a sms saying my BIS expires in 3 days i then do my BIS as normal using R57 of my airtime. my statement comes at the end of the month and they aded the reoccuring BIS to my bill. They then tell me i set that up my argument is if it is reoccurring why do it expires it should automatically just stay on. Cell C Customer service agents could not explain that. now i have upgraded my contract and they are still debiting a R57 for BIS and i have a Samsung S3. i then asked the guy Mandla at Head Office in JHB why are they still debiting a R57 for BIS if i dont even have a Blackberry and no response until a week later but still taking my money month end. they are still billing for BIS and i have a Samsung Cell C so i hate them. People the same will happen to you Rather go to MTN very reliable.
