I have upgraded last year 09 April 2012, on the 23 April 2012 I have booked my phone in for repairs. That the salesman bring under my attention that this blackberry 9360 to have manufacture problems. After 3 weeks I received my phone back. Now last month August 2013 my phone went dead and the battery do not want to charge. I booked my phone in for repairs. I received an sms that I need to pay R569 to repair my phone. Why must I pay this amount as the phone had problems before and I have a 2 year contract with Cell C. I spoke to Kelebogele on the 12 September 14:20, I ask her to hold the repair and her supervisor need to phone me back, since then no feedback from her supervisor. No one at the Krugersdorp branch or Headoffice can assist me, they say the can only advise me to pay for the repairs. If not I will still be liable for my contract even without the phone. I updgrade my contract for a blackberry, if my phone is not fixed why must I pay for the contract?
