I had a contract upgrade in October 2012 I chose a LG612.My phone was only 3 months old when it started
giving me problems I sent the phone in for repairs It came back repaired and a few months down the line
it gave me the same problem so i sent it back again Now its the third time in one year I sent it in again,
I told the consultant that this model phone is problematic and i want a different model which he refused blankly and was nasty. My phone spent more time in repairs than with me PLEASE HELP I AM TIRED OF SPEAKING TO CELL C.
