I went in on Monday to do a sim swap, it had not gone through by Thursday. I returned on Thursday, another assistant dealt with me and gave me another sim swap which also did not go through. I returned again on Friday and had a third person deal with me! No one could tell me what the real issue is or provide me with sufficient reasoning or a decent apology to compensate me for the immense inconvenience and distress on my part! I am most dissatisfied with the way the situation was handled and the nonchalant attitude of the employees that I dealt with!
