I applied for a contract with cell c in 2011, of which they "pre-approved" it, I got the phone and was asked by the cashier to come back the next day to rica the phone, as there was a problem with their system. I did that and went back the next day, when I went back the next day, she told me it was declined (why couldnt they have just told me that - INSTEAD OF WAISTING MY TIME!!!). I applied for a sim contract only with cell c on the 19.06.2013, of which it was again "pre-approved', and was told by the call centre agent I will receive my sim within 7 working days. I phoned on the 21.06.13, as I wanted to follow up on my application and came through to a call centre agent who advised me that my application was declined, no one even contacted me to advise me of this - if I didnt phone to query it, they would have NEVER have even let me know. When I asked her for the complaints department number she said with a smile on her face "you can call 084-140 and ask to be put through to the CEO's office".
