I had a upgrade with Vodacom, which was done with Cellucity the second week of December 2012. I then took out another blackberry, i was told if i had any problems i should bring it back within 7 days. I had issues with the battery and took the phone back, this was then sent away and i was confirmed to get a new phone. I then recieved a new phone just before new year and within 7 days all seemed to be going ok. Now outside the 7 days period i'm having problems once again with the battery, these are brand new phones.
Can i cancel this contract? Upgrade the contract? I do not want this phone any loger and Cellucity says theres nothing they can do but give me a new battery. I've had two new phones and both have problems, i refuse to take another one of these phones. I am paying for this product and expect it to work properly.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
