First of all, when I bought my BlackBerry phone I didn't think that in less than 2 months I would have problems with my battery. My battery hardly lasts an hour, sometimes not even 30 minutes. You could charge this battery overnight till 8am, by 9h30am, your radio is off u need to charge your battery.
I'm not willing to go not even one week without my phone, you people must make arrangements to deliver a new battery to me and collect the faulty one, or if you need to collect the phone then when you come to collect, you bring me a loan BlackBerry phone until my one is fixed.
This is not on, you can't sell your customers phones with faulty batteries, I need this problem sorted out As Soon As Possible. If I knew MTN sell phones with faulty batteries, I may as well have opened a contract with 8ta or some network.
