Unable to cancel contract

I made an initial call on the 23 of May to cancel my contracts with 8ta and got the reference number 5996729. I was told someone would call me back to confirm everything.

I did not receive any call back so I made a follow up call on the 6'th of June. I spoke to Claudia and she said my application was still in progress and she would follow up and call me back the same day. I didn't' receive a call back.

On the 21 of June I called again and spoke to Tebogo. She said my application was still in the queue and has not yet been processed.

It's been more than a month since my initial application and my application is still not processed.
