Porting to Cell C - Not as easy as they say

Cell C,
Your ads are misleading and your are using false advertising. It is not as easy as your ads say to port to your network. After waiting months for my contract with Vodacom to end in May, I was looking forward to your "easy port" to Cell C bs. After entering my cellphone number on your website, I spoke to a nice call centre agent, Prudence. I believe that she did her best to try to help me. She was surprised that my application hadn't been processed and said she would put a rush on it. After trying many times to find out what is going on with my application and being on hold for more than 20 min (more than once) on your 084145 number, I finally got through only to be told that there is no application on my name/ID number. I gave Prudence all the info she needed for the contract. I asked the person that I spoke to om 084145 to ask Prudence to call me back - the woman did not even ask for my number - considering that i was not calling from my cellphone.
One thing I don't want to have happen is my bank account being debited. So Cell C, please let me know what happened with my application because I would like to move on and port my number to Virgin Mobile or Telkom mobile.
