On the 22 I transferd airtime of R29 to my other sim card and that sim card was not in use.to my surprice todayt when I check that sim card there was nothing. I called your call center and spoke to one of ur agents and she adviced that the sim card was billed for data charges.surprisinly I havnt used that sim card and want you guys to refund me my 29 airtime as I never used It for anything. I aske the lady to log a query for me but she refused.vodacom my airtime and you are refusing to assit me..what's the use of your call center if we can't get our queries sorted..all that I need its my money back
