I'm being billed for three contact instead of two

On March I decided to add another contact with 8ta whereby I apply for router and was approved. When I went to store to collect the router I found that the lady who made an application for me she busy, than I spoke to her co-worker (another lady) and explain what was I coming to do. That lady she said no problem and she will assist me. She went and start to do an application for me, after she is finished the initial lady who did the application for me she came and complain to the lady who was helping me.
Her complain was she already made an application for me and my account has been approved. She requested the lady who has opened the new account to cancel the application. They agree on that and I was given my router and I left with an impression that the second application has been cancelled. A month letter I received a call from 8ta stating that they are aware that I have applied for two router and I only took one and they will cancel the other one. The first month I was billed R1200 and the second month I was billed R1175 and when I asked why they said I have three contract with them I logged the case but with 8ta case no. 5992389 two weeks back and No respond. I made follow up.
