CANCELLATION OF APPLICATION

Good day
Kindly note that i cancelled my application within hours of applying. I don't expect your company to debit anything from my account. I spoke to Palesa Monyame this morning after sending a please call me to the number i got from the sms. She was very nice and patient and she explained everything to me on how the company works and about Power Life Attorneys. I confirm that i agreed to the TERMS AND CONDTIONS but it is my right to change my mind and cancel the application. I called in after hours and spoke to Andre Heydenrch (also a nice and patient consultant) and he told me that my application is not captured YET and i should call in again tomorrow and Credit Clear will cancel the application. I asked for the reference number of my call and unfortunately didn't get it. I will call the call centre AGAIN tomorrow to cancel my application. Please i DON'T want any legal pack to be sent through to my address nor monies be taken off my bank account. Can Berny or Sima kindly reply to my message and confirm the above.
