It was in Feb this year when my contract was due an upgrade, so I decided to go ahead and upgrade, I was looking for something new and top of the range, when I got to MTN I enquired about the latest arrivals, the consultant told me they received the latest BLACKBERRY Z10, so I cleary asked her if the new BLACKBERRY (Z10) had LTE (LONG TERM EVOLUTION) and she assured me it does, she also told me LTE is still in its roll out phase in Cape Town which I knew coz I had been following the release of LTE in SA. I then decided on taking the phone and then wait for this roll out of LTE to take place, over the next few weeks I would then often pop in to different MTN stores asking if theres any news yet on "LTE", many of them would say "still working on it", then on Tuesday I asked yet another MTN and they told me the Z10 I have does not have LTE, it really made me feel upset knowing that they sold me something that was not what they promised me it was, I went back to MTN and all they could say was I took to long to return the phone, but how could I return the phone any earlier if I was still under the impression I had a LTE phone and they are busy with their LTE network? VERY DISAPOINTED!!!
