PLEASE BE HONEST STOP OVER CHARGING YOUR CLIENTS

YOU are the worst company ever when it comes to billing!!! I recently took out a DATA contract with you guys, after struggling to get the device promises where made to me that wasn't fully kept! To top it all of instead of receiving a monthly Invoice for R 249.00 it is between R 655 and R 780!!! Instead of a straight forward account the account are broken up in all kinds of charges!! I even get charged for TELEPHONY and monthly DEVICE PAY on a DATA contract!!!???

I even get charged for GPRS even though I still have data left!!!

The Invoice says R623.43 yet R 655.28 gets deducted from my account!!! I asked the bank to return the debit order in order to try and sort this out as this is ridiculous!! After I have spoken to one of your consultants on 13 June 13 she promised me that she will get someone from head office to phone me back!! Instead of doing the RIGHT thing to sort out my account they hand my account over to a tracing company!!!

I would please like this to be sorted out IMMEDIATELY and my account CREDITED with the wrong amount!!
