Problemetic Nokia handset purchased from brandnew

Hi

I have placed a report about and i have still havent got any feedback regarding my problem. Looks like il have to take action myself, i will get my lawyer involve and then we'll see. MTN are a bunch of, i must pay for a contract im not even using. it costed me already R 450 Petrol running up and down, who is going to compensate for all that travelling and also for the month i am paying for nothing? The nokia lumnia is a piece of just like the workers at mtn, and the media will be the first to hear what i have to say.
