I called through and spoke to Banele to request for a SIM swap on my daughter's SIM card. Banele was prepared to assist me, however his system froze. I called back and spoke to Monapho who advised me that she can't assist me since i'm not the owner, yet I'm the one who bought her the phone and ricka'd the SIM. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she advised me that Grant Makhatini says that I should go to the nearest Cell C and go do it there. We I advised her that I'm not going to do so and that I was going to get in touch with Head Office, she actually welcomed it. I called back spoke to Palesa, who happily assisted me with the SIM swap. Please advise if ALL Call Centre agents goes on the same training. Expect to receive written apologies from Monapho and Grant
