My mom purchased 2 Nokia phones at Edgars one was aNokia Lumnia within a month thephone just went dead..she took it back after one week or so we fetched it... it worked..than after a couple of weeks it went dead again she took it back again thet returned it said they could not see any fault... im sitting with a dead phone that was purched on my momd account and paid for it fully. Now they keep saying the cant see fault with yhe handset so now what are suppose to do wiyh a dead phone. Why cant Edgars give us back our money and take the phone or simply replace it cz its obvious the there is something wrong with it?
