BAD SERVICE AT MAPONYA MALL DONT HAVE A PHONE

My Nokia Lumnia 900 stopped working on the 1st of September, I took it to the Mtn store at Maponya Mall on the 13th of September and it was booked in for repairs and on the 19th I was given a New Nokia Lumnia 900 which is also not working, I do not want that phone anymore, I was told by Mtn Maponya Mall that I need to speak to the insurance department in order to get a new phone as it needed to be approved by them upon completing forms I was asked which Insurance do I fall under, I do not have a phone as we speak I do not know what to do or where to go, I do not want another Nokia Lumnia 900 as it has technical faults, unhappy customer!
