I'd like to report Vodacom who want their customers to pay for everything even if the customer will be paying more per month for the contract category. I'm currently on a Talk 240 package and want to move UP to a Super M package which costs more per month than my current package. They will not waive the UPGRADE FEE of /- 370.00.
Vodacom do not bother contacting me to try and explain why as the Hout Bay Manager was nice enough to explain and reply to my emails. Even though it was a nice way of saying you are going to be spending a fixed amount with us now so take this levy and pay up!!
I know that in the long run your customer (ME) might spend less as now I get sms, data and calls included at a fixed rate. This is exactly why you want to add a levy!
Most of the last months I've gone over my average spend so it all about your profits and the average spend per client!
I really wish I could move to a UK cell provider as none of the SA telcos have a clue about " the customer being right and valued".
