I am due for an upgrade and upon requesting a similar package in price and benefit, I was told that my average monthly spend does not warrant that I upgrade to the option I elected i.e. Smart Large from my current Talk 240. The best I get offered is Smart Medium that only provide 120 min. Never missed a debit order in 5 years, never paid late once. Just because I don't spend enough out of bundle to Vodacom's liking I get penalized.
