Convert Top up phone to Pay as you go

I am furious - last night I received a notification from my bank that Vodacom had the nerve to deduct money from my bank account for number 082 529 6484 to the amount of R140.70. This is utterly utterly nonsense. Why on earth would I cancel a Top up phone with R1 200 balance just to loose the money and then to pay again R140.70. Who in his/her mind would do exactly this. VODACOM is irresponsible. I just had ENOUGH OF VODACOM - You are of no service to me at all. This has been going on for 1 month no with NO JOY in Vodacom resolving the issue. Thus you have my bank account details and can deduct money just the way you like due to incompetent people and utterly service!!! This is a total waste of time everytime somebody phones me or I phone Vodacom I need to repeat the whole sick story.

I have been a client since 1995 and this is the way I have been treated. Please immediately cancel 082 529 6484 I will take out a pay as you go from one of the other vendors.
