Vodacom claims to be the best, however why am i always the one in a group of friends who never has signal.
My people are on other competitor networks and they always connected, with full 3G and voice is never a problem. i'm always the one who has to leave rooms, go into the street to have full signal or proper connection.
I'm on a corporate package with vodacom. We easily pay R10k pm on cell and data usage, yet when i phone the customer care i get told to go and purchase a signal booster?
I live in Morningside Sandton with no signal.
Now my argument stands at:
Why should i have to buy a signal booster to be on the "leading network"?
