Passing the buck on damaged goods

I dropped off my blackberry at CellC Bayside Mall, before they took the phone they checked for water damage at the branch and then sent if off for repairs in Midrand. I received the phone back after two weeks, and it froze as I put it on but worked for about 3days. It then switched off again, I then phoned Cell C Bayside to let them know that my phone is still not working, they informed me it will have to be booked for repairs again. I informed them that there is no way I can wait another 2 weeks for my phone. The lady then informed me that I can send it to CellC tygervalley where it can be repaired at the store. I dropped it off on Monday and they informed me today that it has water damage! How is that possible that it now has water damaged when it went to Bayside and Midrand it had no water damage! Not only is it bad that they give you a phone that is not in working order, they find new ways to make you pay money! I cannot wait to finish paying this contract - I am DONE with CellC... they are a bunch of skelms!
