I was assured one month ago by Sipho, after numerous phonecalls to the CELL C call centre and a Hello Peter complaint that my query (reference number 3051400985) was all sorted out and my account would be credited. I have STILL not been credited the amount promised by Sipho.
When I called in to query this yesterday, I was told the matter is STILL under investigation. I honestly don't know where to turn and who to take this up with anymore. Calls to the call centre are pointless. Nothing gets done. What on earth do I do?
