After several months struggling with vodacom for deducting money from my bank account, I still finding it hard to get through to vodacom if my account states, a amount to be deducted, like R100 why do they deduct a R200.this is not on, well vodacom seems to respond and contact customers but that's it the problems doesn't get resolved what so ever.im still waiting for feedback from them and my patients are up. They said they will get back, to me within 72 hours .so its 3days its now thursday 48 hours after the 72 hours. Plz vodacom resolve this matter.for months now, and struggling for a very long time now. And plz don't let 10 costomer service representatives call me they want all the same info that I have to give them an apologie regarding the wait and my time and stress and been put in the dark and inconvenience is not good enough, get ya act together vodacom. Plz resolve this ones and for all.
