Debiting my account unlawfully

Good day

I am hoping that this attempt will help me in getting this matter resolved. I have tried numerous other avenues and still no help from anybody at Vodacom.

My account has been debited unlawfully numerous times by Vodacom. When going to the Bank (ABSA) - they say that it is not them and definitely happening from Vodacom's side. When phoning Vodacom and waiting for what seems a lifetime, they state that it is not them, but the bank???

I have confirmed with ABSA that the unlawful debit is not happening on their side, but that it is loaded by Vodacom. This has happened 3 times already and never the same amount of date and time.

This has caused huge problems for me, extra incurred costs and time wastage as I have to go the bank each and every time, stand in queues for hours and then reverse it - just to have the same thing happen all over again next month.

I have tried phoning Vodacom, have visited the in-store help services - to no avail as of yet. I am desperate. Nobody is coming back to me with an answer (and o yes, I have various reference numbers from all over). I need this sorted urgently and the inconvenience it has caused me, needs to be apologized for.
