Good morning Peter

Its funny how people pay for a service and don't get the service.
From the 17 oktober iam struggling with vodacom to fix my log in details on the website. still haven't fix it.
Second i lost R500 of service because of vocdacom. i did report it, but still haven't got feedback from vodacom. they said they will contact you in 24 hours haha its almost 48 hours. this is the second time i lost clients because of vodacom. so if there is a complain department where do you complain about the complains department? nobody getting back to me on mail. nobody is contact me, What do you think i must do? because iam not paying the R500 i lost also for the itemise billing for the month i did received. oja and the best of all is i ask them for statements an they sent me invoice's that funny.
