I have queried my account months ago, where the bill is in the thousands. I desparately want to resolve the issue so that it can be paid but no one can give me the information i need to resolve this. I have been to vodacom shops to sort this out. I have spent hours on the phone doing as i was told.
IS there anyone at Vodacom that i can speak to one more last time to get this resolved??? somebody that has the necessary authorisation to get the information I need???
my credit rating is negatively impacted because of Vodacom's incompetence!!!
