I have threatened to leave Nashua on numerous occasions; always hoping you'll get better but I must say that I'm very disappointed in myself for just signing another contract. First it was the fact that despite me signing a document which YOU people lost... I was charged over R1000 for an sms bundle I did not want or need having swapped over to BlackBerry. When I queried this I was told to find the woman who dealt with me 2 years ago only to do the runaround to find out she had left at the beginning of the year! Now I have to deal with yet more bad service as I asked for insurance on April 22-sent forms and various mails and NEVER get a response!!! As far as I can see I still have no insurance! Be warned... You people will pay should something happen! And I'm still going to fight for my loss on the last contract! You people have terrible attitudes for a company that has horrific service standards! You should be ashamed.
