Telkom ADSL Failure Dismal Service

Hi, I am totally disgusted with the service I am currently experiencing from Telkom.

I ordered a 1MB Telkom Simple package in June 2012, which was installed quickly.
The line worked adequately for a few weeks until Telkom upgraded all lines across the country - which resulted in my line becoming a 2MB. The line then began to degenerate.

I was informed that I should drop my line to 1MB for more stability until it is fixed, which I did. The line began to degenerate again
Everytime I log an incident, the technician closes it as fixed while nothing has been done.

I returned from holiday at the end of January, now the ADSL line does not sync at all. Absolutely nothing!
MY INTERNET DOES NOT WORK EVEN AT 3AM. HOW CAN THE LINE BE CONGESTED AT 3AM ON A SUNDAY MORNING?!

I had to load 2 incidents again last week and even after escalating yesterday i have still heard nothing.
So basically I am paying for a 2MB line, which is in fact running at 1MB and is now NOT working.
I will not accept this. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO?!!!

CCC consultants end calls when I try to escalate or speak to a supervisor. I AM TIRED OF THIS!
PLEASE FIX MY LINE OR I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
