I have been trying to get a response to questions about the performance of my new iPhone 5 on the Cell C network since migrating from MTN and taking a new contract in February 2013. After multiple complaints with no feedback and a previous Hello Peter complaint a technician did come and do some tests at my office in Pietermaritzburg two months ago. He said that Olga would contact me with some feedback but I am still waiting.
Is all very well advertising the cheapest call and data rates but these are not worth having if the network does not work.
