I phoned Vodacom 3 weeks ago Monday, my 3G signal kept disappearing, over 500 MB went on just trying to keep reconnecting. Who is going to pay for my lost airtime seeing as Vodacom charges an arm and a leg for prepaid subscribers!? I have been a customer of Vodacom since they came into the country and haven't even tried another network. What do I get for my loyalty? by the way this when the Nokia brick existed still.

No-one! That's what Vodacom is all about. I have had 5 different technicians come to mt house to tell me that my router and computer are fine, and then - FREEZE FRAME, Vodacom forgets to do anything. I keep losing airtime, getting frustrated,

This problem first occurred in November 2012, and has stopped for maybe 2 months now, but it started up again 3 weeks ago Monday, and even though I called and explained on numerous occasions that it is the same problem, no response was made. A week after I made the first call Vodacom sent another technician. Guess what? MY COMPUTER IS FINE!!! I would suggest having a look at your tower, because I can guarantee something is loose there.

Really, pull up your socks and do something.
