For almost three weeks I have been waiting for feedback on my network coverage complaint. Ref1753129. Despite calling in twice to escalate the matter with promises to be called back. I say Cell C are liars. because no feedback has been given.
I have already issued my cancellation notice on my personal account and as the decision maker I will not be accepting the corporate accounts proposal for our 350 employees if Cell C cannot get its act together!
I will be pushing for a refund of my data charge every month for this reason as no data has been able to be adequately used on my iPhone for the last six months due to Cell C's extremely POOR NETWORK COVERAGE.
