Phone coverage getting lost

Good day,

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 31st May on contract at the Telkom Mobile branch in Silverton.

The phone was working well for a week, but after that started to loose network coverage. I went back to Menlyn branch to do a sim swop after I was told that my sim card is faulty. That didn't help. I had to go back to the Menlyn branch every day last week to sort it out. And in the process lost potential clients. On Saturday I received a call from someone assisting me with this problem. It worked well until today I m getting the same problem. I cant understand how my phone doesn't have any coverage but my mom's phone (same phone, same network, same area) doesn't have that problem. I'm getting frustrated because I cant run my business properly and it is costing me money to drive back and forth and phoning all the time, money I'm loosing because my phone doesn't have coverage with 8ta. I want this problem sorted out TODAY... If my mother or any other important person in my life has an emergency and they can't get hold of me because of this problem.. It can have potential consequences..

Please assist to this problem urgently.
