I have lodged a complaint on the 24th of May 2013 about Mtn, on the 27 May 2013 I received a response from the supplier and they said the matter has been escaled to the relant management team. They will investigate and revert to me with feedback and a way forward. I have not receive the feedback even today, its been four weeks now. Refence no: 2193702 (Veronica)
