I lodged a complaint on 11/03/13 & still have not received a response (not surprised). After viewing other complaints regarding the "Sunday Times", I realised that the response (see below) that I received is nothing but a standard, maybe automated response. This explains a lot - if the team leader can't respond to clients, what example is she to her staff, let alone customers.
