Vodacom sold me a faulty Sony Xperia V. I got treated extremely badly as though it was them and not I that had been inconvenienced. I have been struggling for almost two months trying to sort it out. I sent the phone in and they told me that it had been fixed but all they did was reload software, the phone continued to be faulty after I got it back. I have sent numerous emails but to no avail. I'm no closer to sorting out the problem than I was when it gave problems 8 days after purchasing. I have also tried to contract Sony and although I didn't even think it possible they treated me even worse. I'm so frustrated, it sends like there is nothing else I can do to sort it out and I'm not happy to keep paying for a faulty phone for another 2 years.
